We are looking for an intelligent, fun, motivated individual to round out our already great team of employees! We work with musicians of all levels- beginner, hobbyist, professional,
and serious students!
Knowledge in any/all areas to be considered:
- Acoustic Guitars
- Brass Instruments
- Woodwind Instruments
Qualifications (general):
- Knowledge in Acoustic Guitars or Brass or Woodwind instruments
- Willingness to learn about instruments not already in your ‘wheelhouse’
- Understand what good customer service looks like
- (at least) Basic understanding of the sales process.
- Availability in your schedule to be a contributing member to our team!
- A great attitude! And, a motivating to be successful!
Responsibilities (general):
- Selling musical instruments (we focus on acoustic guitars, brass/winds, portable keyboards, and accessories for just about everything)
- Continuous learning in products & services we offer
- Cleaning & Merchandising the store
- Cleaning instruments
- Rent school band instruments
- Provide customer service in the areas of lesson sign ups, repair tickets, special orders
- Attend monthly paid training meetings
